Delete your Spireline account

Deletion starts on confirmation; signing in does not cancel it. You can decline redemption and still delete. Minimal records preserve remaining paid claims; some accounting records, unresolved claims and provider logs may remain. A cheating suspension can block FunPro refunds or redemption and freeze owed refunds; store routes and mandatory rights remain.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email us from the address linked to your Spireline account when possible.
  2. Use the subject Spireline account deletion request.
  3. Include your account email and sign-in method. Add your display name if you use one.
  4. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity. The request is received when your email reaches us; identity checks do not restart the legal response period.

Do not send your password, authentication codes, or payment-card details.

Account and deletion cases have a one-business-day initial response target.

Deletion in supported app builds

If your build includes Delete account, you can start deletion in the app:

  1. Sign in to Spireline.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Read the deletion summary, confirm your identity, and confirm the request.

If you cannot sign in or the option is unavailable, use the email route above. Device-only test builds without an account have no account to delete; clear their local data on your device or in your browser.

Deletion has no waiting period

Deletion starts when you confirm it. There is no waiting period, and signing in again does not cancel it. If you only want a break, builds with that control may offer a separate 30-day account pause. A pause deletes nothing, ends by itself after 30 days, can be ended at any time by reactivating, and has no effect on a deletion request.

Once permanent deletion is complete, it cannot be undone. We respond to statutory deletion requests within one month, subject to the extensions permitted by GDPR. The one-business-day support target is an initial response target, not a promise of completed deletion.

Redeemable value and unresolved purchases

Before deletion, we offer redemption of remaining redeemable paid value. You may accept, or decline and continue with deletion. Declining is not a waiver of your paid claim. A minimal rights register preserves what is needed to settle it later through support, without retaining your gameplay profile.

Deletion does not itself cancel a purchase, refund it or waive statutory rights. Payment-linked rewards are assessed by their origin. A cheating suspension can block FunPro-direct refunds and redemption and freeze owed refunds. The suspension and review rule explains the exception for payouts already in progress, how to challenge a finding, and what happens if suspension is lifted. Store refund routes and mandatory rights remain available.

What is deleted

After permanent deletion, your account profile, login connections, active sessions, cloud saves and gameplay progress are removed, except for records with a specific lawful retention purpose. Optional analytics still identifiable as yours is deleted or irreversibly anonymised where applicable. Hashing an identifier alone is not anonymisation.

Device-only saves must also be cleared on your device or browser; deleting an account cannot remotely erase them. Normal account access ends, but the later route for settling retained paid rights remains available.

What may be retained and why

Ordinary accounting evidence is kept for five years from the end of the relevant financial year. FunPro ApS's first year ends on 31 December 2027; ordinary 2026 and 2027 accounting records are kept through 31 December 2032. Other statutory periods apply only to records covered by the relevant rule.

The separate minimal rights register retains only the purchase or claim references and evidence necessary to preserve and settle outstanding paid claims, without your email address or account identifier. It is kept for that purpose while the claim remains unsettled, or longer only where a legal obligation requires it.

A minimal deletion record holds the request reference, dates, result and documented exceptions, without the deleted profile or gameplay history. It remains until the request is completed and any dispute about its handling is resolved; further retention needs a specific legal basis. It does not automatically inherit the five-year accounting period. Support messages linked to the account are erased with it unless a case or claim is still open. Records retained for an open case may be kept for up to 24 months after it closes, subject to a separately justified unresolved legal claim. Records needed for a specific unresolved dispute are restricted and handled separately.

Where Supabase account services are enabled, service logs can include your email address, IP address and browser or device details. Account deletion does not automatically remove them. External logs expire under the active plan's retention period; any database copies have separate retention controls. The privacy notice will state the configured periods before production account services start.

Retained records are not used to recreate your deleted gameplay profile. For questions about retained records, email dpo@spireline.io, our privacy contact mailbox. This address does not imply an appointed data protection officer.
